1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LuxeGlow website (luxeglow.mv) and/or the LuxeGlow mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

To place orders and access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. Products and Pricing

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
• We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact accuracy due to device display variations.

5. Orders and Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payments are processed through Bank of Maldives (BML) Connect. By placing an order, you agree to BML's terms of service.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• We are not responsible for payment failures due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank-side issues.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within the Maldives. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt.
• If you are unavailable for delivery, our delivery partner may attempt redelivery or hold the package.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Defective or damaged products may be exchanged or refunded upon inspection.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Rewards Program

LuxeGlow offers a rewards program where you earn points on qualifying purchases. Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of LuxeGlow or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
