Every order is packed at our store in Malé, Maldives and delivered to your door by FedEx. 100% authentic products, sourced from brands and authorized distributors.

Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars for international customers, but your card is charged in Maldivian rufiyaa (MVR) — you'll see the exact MVR amount before you pay. Your bank sets the final exchange rate and may add a small foreign-transaction fee, so the amount on your statement can differ slightly from the USD estimate.
Import duties & taxes
Our prices don't include import duties or local taxes. Depending on your country's rules and your order's value, FedEx may collect these from you on delivery. Most small orders clear without charges, but please check your country's duty-free allowance before ordering — customs fees are set by your government, not by us, and we're unable to refund them.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel ships you'll get an email with your FedEx tracking number, and you can follow it door-to-door on fedex.com. You can also see every order and its status any time in My Orders.
What we can't ship
Airline rules stop us from flying perfumes, aerosols and other flammable items internationally. These products are marked in your bag and can't be added to an international order — everything else in our catalog ships worldwide.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, message us within 7 days of delivery (or the last tracking update) with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because of the distance we can't offer change-of-mind returns on international orders — please double-check shades and sizes before ordering.
